Rachel has a reputation for having excellent customer service, and is eager to find the best solutions for her customers. When she is not working for Amazing Flame, she serves as the primary worship leader at her church and loving Mom to her new son Ezra. Rachel and her husband, Nick, reside in Winchester, where they love to entertain and give back to their community.

David Sanders

David is NFI Gas Certified. He is a Loudoun County native who now resides in the city of Winchester with his wife, Mariah, and their two children. David enjoys serving at his church and has a passion for helping others. David’s hobbies include: playing in a local men’s softball league, playing guitar, and spending time with family.
David...is an expert, a thorough professional and shares information happily. David called and kept us informed of his arrival before coming over. He brought all his tools, materials, floor coverings, etc and meticulously worked on all of our fireplace issues. When everything was done, David had cleaned up everything leaving no traces. Chelsea is the newest voice behind the phone. She has 15 years of experience in customer service and business ownership and is always willing to go above and beyond for our customers. She was born and raised in Winchester. On her days off she enjoys trail riding in the mountains with her four rescue horses and three dogs or just spending time in nature.

Nick is NFI Gas Certified. He is a local Winchester native and both he and his wife Rachel have worked together for Amazing Flame these past several years. Nick enjoys working with his hands and interacting with our clients gives him a great sense of fulfillment. Outside of work he and his wife Rachel have become new parents and enjoy serving in their local church and traveling to interesting places.
Nick was on-time, super easy to work with, and was able to troubleshoot and repair all of the problems we were having in addition to leaving the fireplace a whole lot cleaner than he found it! Jordan, who is NFI Gas Certified, has lived in Shenandoah County his whole life and currently calls Woodstock his home with his wife Hayley and their two children. He is always ready to serve as well as meet new people and is currently serving in the Army National Guard. Russ has a wealth of experience in the hearth industry installing and servicing hearth products for over 35 years. As our Technical Manager he works closely with our Service Technicians to ensure they receive the latest training on all gas hearth products. Russell is highly respected in the field and has served on many National Industry Boards. He has a heart for missions and looks for opportunities to bless those who are in need. He and his wife Lenah strive to insure that Amazing Flame meets or exceeds your expectations of service.

Nolan Donnelly

Nolan is a Winchester native who previously worked for a local engineering company as a fleet mechanic. His skills in diagnosing mechanical issues have transferred over well to his job at Amazing Flame. He strives to help those around him with his talents and abilities. Nolan serves at his local church as a lead guitarist. He enjoys working on cars, playing disc golf, and spending time with his friends and family.
